Founder
Bradley is Texas-born & FTO’s founder with deep roots in service, hard work, and community. As the driving force behind our company, Brad aims to bring together a wide network of skilled trades into a single, streamlined solution—ranging from smart home integration and landscaping to sanitation, arbor care, and even pet or livestock support.
With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Brad’s background spans retail ownership, logistics, and labor-intensive roles such as waste services and delivery operations. That breadth of experience gives him a practical understanding of both the challenges people face in maintaining their homes and businesses, as well as the value of reliable, well-coordinated service.
Brad founded FTO Services with a clear vision: to simplify everyday life by creating a single point of contact for a wide range of essential services. By consolidating these needs under one trusted network, he helps clients save time, reduce stress, and focus on what truly matters. To Brad, time saved isn’t just convenience—it’s opportunity. Mitch Foster
Co-Founder, Web Design, PM
Mitch is the technical backbone and creative force behind FTO Services, serving as co-founder and primary architect of the company’s vision, systems, and execution. From web design and business development to project management, logistics, and service agreement design, Mitch operates at the intersection of strategy and hands-on implementation—often bridging the gap between concept and completion personally.
With over 25 years of experience in technology and automation, Mitch has built a career defined by adaptability, scale, and depth. His work spans advanced automation environments ranging from single-building deployments to multi-level structures; campus-style, to global enterprise-grade systems’ management & design, DBA work with active-state global clusters, mission-critical team command & strategic lead during high-security or active-facility automation retrofits, and has worked with databases that literally fill rooms with servers.
At FTO, Mitch supports a number of business legal, scheduling, web-integration & marketing needs. He hopes to keep tools like this site in peak condition, while helping folks with their Smarthome, electrical, & computer or networking issues when needed.
